MATERIALS

Of course. We are more than willing to assist you in picking colors that will make you happy and work with your space.

We use Sherwin Williams and Behr paints for interiors.

We are more than willing to work with the paint you already have, but might not be able to warranty it depending on the manufacturer.

Better quality paints are a good investment to make as they will last substantially longer and hold up to Florida weather much better compared to average paints.

We offer a 5-10 year labor and material warranty on paint and waterproofing.

Yes, any leftover paint will be returned to you at the end of the project in case you want to make any touch ups in the future.

PROJECTS

The amount of time it will take to complete is mainly dependent on the size and complexity of the project which is different for every job. This is something that will be discussed more in depth with you when we provide a quote.

For residential projects, depending on the size of the home, 1-2 painters are usually needed.

Yes, we are very flexible and will do everything we can to work around your schedule.

To facilitate and speed up the process, if possible, large furniture should be moved out of the space that will be worked on, or gathered in the center of the room to allow access to the walls. Smaller loose items should be moved off of furniture so that it can be covered and protected.

Our staff will always be cautious and courteous with your furniture and belongings. We are willing to help you move some larger or heavier furniture, but prefer not to handle fragile or valuable items.
